CNC Machinist

Now Hiring CNC Machinist (Direct hire)
Elkhorn, WI
Pay Rate: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday - Friday | 3 PM - 11 PM
3rd Shift | Monday - Friday | 11 PM - 7 AM
Training will take place on the 1st shift from 7 AM - 3 PM for the first 4 - 5 weeks

On the Job

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC lathes and mills
• Produce parts accurately to engineering prints and quality standards
• Perform inspections and document production and quality data
• Conduct routine machine maintenance and report issues promptly
• Support process improvements, tooling, and fixturing initiatives
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What Gets You in the Door

• 5-8 years of hands-on CNC machining experience (lathes and mills preferred)
• Proficient in Mazatrol and G-code programming
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T
• Strong attention to quality, safety, and documentation
