• proficient in Mazatrol and g‑code programming
• ability to read blueprints and gd&t
• strong attention to quality, safety, and documentation

• set up, operate, and troubleshoot cnc lathes and mills
• produce parts accurately to engineering prints and quality standards
• perform inspections and document production and quality data
• conduct routine machine maintenance and report issues promptly
• support process improvements, tooling, and fixturing initiatives
• maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
