Branch Skilled - Metal Fabricator

Position Title: Metal Fabricator

Wage: $22-$25/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 6:00am-2:30pm

Location: Elkhorn, WI

• Fabricate and assemble metal parts using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to complete jobs accurately
• Cut, bend, form, and prepare materials following required tolerances
• Operate equipment such as saws, presses, benders, grinders, and drilling machines
• Inspect finished components to ensure proper fit, weld quality (if applicable), and overall accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow safety procedures at all times
• Assist with material handling, staging, and inventory as needed
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

• Previous experience in metal fabrication, assembly, or manufacturing required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, micrometers)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and a positive team-focused attitude
• Preferred experience with stainless steel fabrication
• Preferred welding experience (TIG/MIG) is a plus
• Preferred familiarity with sanitary fittings, piping, or custom metal assemblies
