CNC Machinist
Job Duties:
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC mills and lathes for production machining.
- Produce precision parts to engineering prints, blueprints, and GD&T specifications.
- Program and operate using Mazatrol and G-code.
- Perform in-process inspections and document quality and production data.
- Conduct routine machine maintenance and report equipment issues.
- Support tooling, fixturing, and process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized machining environment.
- Collaborate with production teams to meet quality and output goals.
CNC Machinist Requirements:
- 5+ years of CNC machining experience (mills and lathes preferred).
- Strong CNC setup, operation, and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in Mazatrol and G-code programming.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T.
- Strong understanding of machining principles and quality standards.
- Attention to detail with strong documentation and accuracy skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and safely use cranes/hoists when needed.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to perform repetitive, precision-based machining tasks.
- Strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
