Reader Precision Solutions is seeking a CNC Milling Setup Technician in Elkhorn, WI. The candidate will set up and operate CNC milling centers, perform tool and fixture alignment, and drive continuous improvement through program edits and throughput enhancements.
The role requires at least 3 years of CNC milling setup experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to mentor operators. This is a full-time, daytime position with overtime based on production demands.
