Parallel Employment Group, in partnership with a Elkhorn, WI manufacturing client, is seeking qualified Production Workers to join their team on 1st shift!
Long-Term Temp to Hire Opportunities
1st shift: 6 am - 2 pm;
Monday-Friday
Wage: $20 per hour
Job SummarySeeking a skill and dedicated Production Worker. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating production equipment, assembling heavy steel components, inspecting parts and following work instructions.
Responsibilities- Operate manufacturing machinerysafely and efficiently.
- Assemble and processheavy-equipment components.
- Follow production schedules, work instructions, andsafety procedures.
- Inspect parts for quality and report defects.
- Use basic measuring tools and production equipment.
- Maintain a cleanand organized workarea.
- Work as partof a manufacturingteam and meet production goals.
- Safely handle heavy materials, potentiallyusing lifting equipment.
- Manufacturing experience is helpful
- Mechanical aptitude andability to workwith tools.
- Ability to readbasic work instructions.
- Good attendance and reliability.
- Ability to standfor extended period sand perform physical work.
- Ability to safely lift/handle materials.
