Brogan & Patrick Manufacturing in Elkhorn, WI is looking for a skilled Machine Operator to join their production team. • Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery to meet daily output goals
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and tolerances
• Conduct basic machine maintenance, adjustments, and troubleshooting
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, or production schedules
• Report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors promptly
• Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient production flow

• Prior experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing/production environment preferred
• Ability to read basic blueprints, work orders, or technical documents
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  
  Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
