- Inventory Management & Accuracy (40%)
Maintain and track all major unit inventory including new/used units, motors, trailers, and lifts. Ensure all inventory is accurately entered and updated across CRM, DMS, and website platforms. Audit inventory regularly to ensure completeness and accuracy. - Data & Listing Management (25%)
Upload and maintain product details including descriptions, pricing (MSRP), photos, and trade data. Ensure all listings are customer-ready and reflect current availability. - System Oversight (15%)
Monitor website and third‑party platforms to ensure proper functionality and accuracy. Identify and resolve discrepancies across systems. - Field & Location Coordination (20%)
Travel to locations to verify physical inventory as needed. Partner with store managers and sales teams to ensure alignment on inventory tracking. Communicate regularly with offsite locations to maintain visibility and accountability. Arrive at assigned location daily and drive company vehicle to alternate dealerships when needed.
- 100% of major unit inventory is accounted for and accurately reflected across all systems
- Timely and accurate input of all financial and inventory data
- Seamless coordination between sales, admin, and operations teams
