We’re building fiber across Southeast Wisconsin at an aggressive pace, and every mile of new fiber is a neighborhood full of customers waiting to be signed up.
You’ll be active across our entire footprint, with the flexibility to start, end, or wrap up your day from any of our offices in the region. The opportunity here is significant.
You’ll work closely with the Director of Sales and our marketing team. Strong performers can earn six figures and have a clear path into team lead and management roles as we continue to grow.
What You’ll Do- Knock doors in assigned neighborhoods across Edge Broadband’s Southeast Wisconsin build footprint, with the flexibility to base your day out of any of our offices
- Introduce homeowners to Edge Broadband’s fiber service, explain the product, and close the sale on the spot when possible
- Build rapport quickly, answer questions honestly, and follow up on leads
- Hit and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
- Track every door knocked, conversation had, and sale closed in our CRM
- Work closely with marketing to coordinate around new construction releases, promotions, and neighborhood launches
- Attend team huddles, coaching sessions, and training to continually sharpen your pitch and close rate
- Represent Edge professionally at all times: you are the face of the company at the door

Required:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills and comfort talking to strangers
- Ability to walk and stand outdoors for extended periods in varied weather
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Prior door‑to‑door or direct sales experience (telecom, mattress, solar, pest, home services, roofing, alarm, etc.)
- Prior experience in a mission role, military, or other environment requiring discipline, resilience, and daily rejection
- Familiarity with CRM tools (, Hub Spot, or similar)
- Base salary commensurate with experience
- Uncapped monthly commission based on installs closed
- Strong performers earn $70,000–$100,000+ annually
