Overview
The Boat House of Lauderdale Lakes Service Department is seeking an experienced technician to join the team in Elkhorn, WI, USA. This is a full‑time position with a pay range of $30.00 – $40.00 per hour and the potential to earn $60,000 – $80,000 for a Master certified technician.
Responsibilities & Qualifications- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot effectively.
- Outboard engine experience.
- Fast paced with ability to time‑manage jobs.
- Customer service oriented.
- Inboard/Outboard engine and outdrive experience.
- Positive energy.
- Ability to stay focused and on task with daily schedules.
- Thorough knowledge of 12‑volt electrical systems.
- Team player.
Qualified candidates may also be considered for Rigging Technician positions with a pay range of $40,000 – $55,000, dependent upon experience. Candidates must have at least 3 years of service and repair experience in a marine dealership environment.
