1st Shift Maintenance Technician

$25 - $32 per hour | Elkhorn, WI | On-Site | Permanent

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support and maintain CNC and industrial manufacturing equipment. This role focuses on keeping machines running safely, reliably, and efficiently in a production environment.

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues
• Use schematics and manuals to diagnose and resolve problems
• Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout
• Document repairs and maintenance activities
• Support equipment installs, upgrades, and reliability improvements
• Work with production teams to reduce downtime

• 3–5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with CNC machines and control systems
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
• Comfortable using test equipment and hand tools
• Basic PLC knowledge preferred
• Good communication skills and team mindset

• High school diploma or GED
• Computer skills (Windows-based systems)
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work various shifts as needed
