Reader Precision Solutions is seeking an Industrial Electro‑Mechanical Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair complex electro‑mechanical systems in a CNC‑driven manufacturing environment. The role focuses on maximizing uptime and production efficiency with strong electrical, mechanical, and diagnostic skills.
The position is full‑time (40 hours/week) with a core schedule Monday–Friday, 6:30am–3:00pm, and overtime as needed.
