HVAC Installation Technician – Direct Hire

• You will read technical layouts, mount complex climate control units, run copper refrigerant lines, design or modify ductwork, and lay out electrical wiring.
• Mount compressors, motors, condensers, and evaporators according to engineering layouts.
• Inspect pipe joints for leaks and test electrical circuits to verify operational safety.
• Educate clients on how to operate new smart thermostats and system
• Guide and train junior installers
• A minimum of 3 years of residential installation experience.
• EPA certification is required.
• A solid understanding of residential and commercial HVAC systems, ductwork, and refrigeration.
• Ability to install braze and evacuate line sets and wire all controls and thermostats without supervision.
• Ability to interpret complex blueprints, wiring diagrams, and structural schematics.
• Comfortable crawling into tight spaces climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50–100 pounds
• A valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving history to operate fleet vehicles.
