• Competitive Pay:
  This is an hourly, full-time position with a pay range of $16-$19 per hour.

• Performing Quality Maintenance:
  Arriving at scheduled appointments to perform comprehensive system checks and filter changes, ensuring every job meets our high standards.

  Communicating with customers to inform them about their system's health, our planned maintenance agreements, and opportunities for additional products or services.

  Reporting your progress to dispatch, completing all service-related forms accurately, and working toward the skills and certifications required to advance to the next level.

  Maintaining a professional appearance, operating a company vehicle safely, and ensuring all tools and equipment are in good working order.

• Experience:
  
  You have a minimum of 6 months of HVAC service experience and are comfortable working on maintenance calls independently.
• Qualifications:
  
  You must be able to pass drug and background screens, have a valid driver’s license, and obtain or currently hold an EPA Certification. An HVAC training program is a plus.
