XPO CDL-A Team Driver Benefits:

• $105,750+ per driver - that's $1,881+ per week, per driver!
• $0.946 CPM per team
• No-touch freight, drop & hook
• In-house freight with loads running between XPO facilities
• Home Weekly (5 days out, 2 days home)*
• Dedicated XPO routes
• Pick up extra runs
• 2023 sleeper trucks outfitted with microwaves and refrigerators
• Earn up to 13 PTO days per year + 6 paid holidays

Team Driver Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age or older
• Valid Class A CDL
• Hold a valid DOT medical certification card or pass a company-paid DOT physical
• Availability to work away from home in a five-day workweek
• Possess hazmat, tanker and doubles/triples endorsements
• Must be part of an established team
• Safe driving record and history

About XPO

XPO is launching a new over-the-road operation designed exclusively for team drivers. With this opportunity, you'll have the freedom of over-the-road driving while enjoying industry-leading benefits, paid time off and the unwavering team support XPO offers.

As an XPO Team, you'll run dedicated routes between XPO facilities in brand new sleeper trucks equipped with microwaves and refrigerators. Say goodbye to frustrating delays, as you'll have access to our extensive network of 160 fueling stations along the way. Additionally, our in-house, no-touch freight system means you'll never have to wait at a customer site. A typical work week will consist of 5 days on the road, followed by 2 days of well-deserved time edules may occasionally vary based on network conditions.

There's no mileage cap, so if you're motivated to boost your income, you can aways opt in for more runs.
