• Vaginal and cesarean deliveries

• Management of obstetric emergencies

• Gynecologic procedures as required during call

• Inpatient OB/GYN consults and surgical management

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses:
Active West Virginia license required; IMLC accepted

• Board:
Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology required

• DEA:
Required

Certifications:

BLS and ACLS required

•

Experience:

Minimum 1 year OB/GYN experience required

Qualifications:

Ability to independently manage comprehensive labor and delivery coverage

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide 24-hour OB/GYN call coverage

• Manage labor and delivery patients and obstetric emergencies

• Perform gynecologic procedures as clinically indicated

• Evaluate and manage inpatient OB/GYN consults

• Collaborate with L&D and OR staff to ensure continuity of care

• Document patient encounters and procedures in Paragon EMR
