About the Position
Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician

This dynamic opportunity offers a challenging yet rewarding environment within a Level IV trauma hospital dedicated to comprehensive labor and delivery services. As a key team member, you will provide top-tier support during high-stakes procedures, ensuring optimal patient care and safety.

Required Skills:

Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology

Valid state medical license (IMLC or temporary license accepted)

DEA certification

BLS and ACLS certifications

Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in an OB/GYN setting

Proficiency in comprehensive labor and delivery procedures

Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Nice to Have

Skills:

Experience with Paragon EMR system

Certification in fetal monitoring

Prior exposure to Level IV trauma or high-acuity settings

Preferred

Education and Experience:

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution

At least 1 year of post-residency practice in obstetrics and gynecology

Other Requirements:

Willingness to be on night shifts: 5x24-hour call shifts (19:00 - 07:00)

Ability to support 5-10 coverage days per month

Flexibility to respond to call patients (10-15 per week)

Must meet credentialing requirements within 60 days

Valid DEA license and active certifications required
