Capstone Restaurant Group - Up to $70000.00/year - - Responsibilities:
Train, motivate, and coach district restaurant teams to deliver total guest satisfaction; conduct regular inspections and provide feedback.;
Communicate customer comments to restaurant management and ensure timely resolution.;
Orient, train, and develop General Managers and GMITs; provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.;
Evaluate GM and GMIT performance; administer counseling/discipline and lead improvements; train on new products and programs.;
Recruit and develop management talent; align skills to district needs and oversee district operations and compliance.
