Financial Center Manager

Location: Elkins, WV (additional sites: Thomas, WV and Oakland, MD)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced banker to lead our Financial Centers. The primary role is to provide exceptional service to clients and ensure front‑line personnel deliver our Gold Standards of Service.

• Provide direct supervision for customer‑facing staff, including setting goals, tracking progress, and taking corrective action.
• Oversee the opening and maintenance of deposit accounts, consumer and mortgage loans, teller services, and related services.
• Participate in the design and promotion of bank services, suggest changes for successful retail efforts, and ensure staff are ready for promotions or new processes.
• Lead personnel in effective sales and cross‑selling skills; ensure the sales program is properly administered and followed.
• Ensure retail functions are carried out consistently and in accordance with bank policy.
• Lead the retail staff to offer the full range of banking services to current and potential customers, building a strong team and supporting the community.

• College degree with major in Business, Economics, or equivalent preferred; commensurate industry experience may be acceptable.
• Five or more years of banking experience, with at least two years in lending functions.
• Good working knowledge of accounting and computer skills; ability to utilize office equipment.
