Yard Laborer

Employee responsible for various tasks and duties assigned by the supervisor. These duties may involve a broad range of responsibilities. This position is considered Full‑time Seasonal with overtime available and will be scheduled as business permits up through October 2025.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. 100 lbs. team or assisted lift.
• Provide customer service.
• Load customers.
• Stock inventory.
• Operate forklift and loader.
• Follow policies and procedures to ensure the job is done properly.
• Attendance required according to company attendance policy to ensure crew is able to operate at normal efficiency level.
• Physical ability to operate equipment and to transport material; position may require employee to unload truck by hand.
• Attitude/Cooperation:
  Must always maintain a courteous and professional manner with co‑workers, customers, public.
• Craftsmanship and ability to follow OSHA/MSHA safety standards.
• Ability to stand for duration of shift; typical shift is 8–12 hours.
• Overtime available after 40 hours. Paid weekly.
• Ability to be flexible with last‑minute schedule changes, location changes, time of shift changes.
• Ability to transport material with attention to detail and emphasis on safety.
• Initiative to perform/assist with other positions for job completion.
• Ability to adhere to personal protective equipment (PPE) policy and maintain individual PPE in functional condition.
• This is an entry‑level position. Candidates may eventually be crossed‑trained to perform other duties in the plant as deemed necessary.
• Must pass drug test, background check, and functional capacity exam.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
