We are actively seeking experienced Travel LPNs for a long-term care and skilled nursing assignment in beautiful Elkins. As an LPN, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility environment. The facility supports a mix of long-term residents, rehabilitation patients, and individuals requiring ongoing skilled nursing services.

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor resident conditions and document changes
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, therapists, and physicians
• Support care planning and resident assessments
• Maintain accurate charting and compliance documentation
• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and daily nursing operations

• Active LPN/LVN license (WV or compact license preferred)
• Long-term care, rehab, SNF, or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a travel environment
