• - Administer prescribed medications and monitor residents for changes in condition.
• - Conduct comprehensive assessments and contribute to care planning in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

• - Respond to clinical changes during night shifts, provide appropriate nursing interventions, and escalated as needed.
• - Assist with activities of daily living and support restorative nursing care as directed.
• - Ensure infection control practices, safety protocols, and quality standards are consistently followed.

• - Active Registered Nurse license in West Virginia
