Healthforce is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a travel assignment in Elkins, West Virginia. Start date 09/14/2026 for 11 weeks with 24 guaranteed hours per week. The shift is 12 hours (07:00-19:00) three days a week, with every other weekend on a two-week rotation.
Setting:
Long Term Care in a nursing home. Responsibilities include direct nursing care under an RN, medication administration, vital sign monitoring, ADL assistance, and proper charting.
