** Key Responsibilities
*** Oversee daily operations of the sales floor, including new and pre-owned vehicle departments
* Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed goals
* Monitor sales performance, CRM activity, and customer follow-ups
* Work closely with the Finance and Service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
* Create and execute sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns
* Analyze market trends and inventory to maintain a competitive edge
* Assist with closing deals and building lasting customer relationships
* Recruit and onboard top sales talent
* Other duties as assigned by management

** Skills & Qualifications
*** 3+ years of automotive sales experience, including leadership or management roles
* Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
* Proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets
* Proficiency with CRM tools and dealership management software (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealer track)
* High level of professionalism and integrity
* High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus)
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record
