Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Legal team. This will be a full‑time, in‑office position, based out of our Las Vegas, NV office.

What You Will Accomplish HereAs an Administrative Assistant, you will support the Legal team while working in conjunction with all of our departments to support day‑to‑day business operations, including administration of the contracts system, supporting licensing applications, drafting and reviewing correspondence, compiling documents, and assisting with research in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities- Correctly tag, title, and link agreements in the contract management system.
- Track agreements throughout the contract lifecycle, following up as needed to meet deadlines.
- Assist with domestic and international registration filings.
- Prepare and process legal documents, including contracts, correspondence, licensing applications, and memoranda.
- Review agreements to ensure compliance with the provided checklists.
- Facilitate contract signatures, as requested.
- Draft legal correspondence, as requested.
- Maintain, organize, and audit files in accordance with department procedures.
- Answer telephone, mail, and e‑mail correspondence in a timely manner.
- Run and distribute accurate reports by the required deadlines.
- Assist with shipping for domestic and international mailings (UPS, Fed Ex, etc.).
- Accurately complete jurisdictional background and licensing applications, as assigned.
- Complete scanning, filing, data entry, and faxing, as requested.
- Provide general information, answer questions, and direct individuals to appropriate parties, as necessary.
- Provide administrative support to Executives and local management, as requested.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- High school diploma or GED equivalency is required.
- A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a similar position is required.
- Experience supporting C‑level executives is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Link Squares is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Demonstrated professionalism, including while working under pressure.
- Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines, while maintaining a realistic balance among priorities.
- High degree of attention to quality, details, and correctness.
- Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English sufficiently to perform the duties of this position.
Las Vegas, NV (in‑office)
ScheduleNormal hours are Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.
Salary$22–$23 per hour
TravelMinimal to no travel involved.
