We have an opening available for an part time or full time Administrative Assistant in our Elko, NV office.
Responsibilities- Provide prompt, fast-paced, and courteous support to all internal and external customers.
- Order all office supplies and stock copy room and kitchen
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail deliveries including USPS, Amazon, UPS, Fed Ex
- Assist with data entry requests from various departments
- Vendor contact for building management, kitchen suppliers, copiers and printers
- Assist with catering orders as needed
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in office administration a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have a proven ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision.
- Be able to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Be able to represent the company in a professional and positive manner.
