What You’ll Do- Conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
- Explain benefit options and guide clients through enrollment
- Maintain accurate records and manage follow-up communication
- Deliver high-quality service and build lasting client relationships
- Participate in training, coaching, and team development sessions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently
- Confident using video conferencing and digital tools
- Service-oriented with a client-first mindset
- Experience in customer-facing or consultative roles preferred
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable internet connection
- Windows-based computer with webcam
