Required Skills:

• Valid medical license and current board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Proven clinical experience in OB/GYN, including routine exams, prenatal care, and gynecological procedures
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster patient trust and team collaboration
• Ability to work independently with excellent patient care standards
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Experience with minimally invasive gynecologic surgery
• Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
• Prior work in a clinic setting with diverse patient populations
• Knowledge of current obstetrics and gynecology guidelines and best practices

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in OB/GYN
• Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) is preferred

Other Requirements:

• Flexibility to work 3 to 4 days per week, with some shifts as short as a few days and others extending longer in subsequent months
• Clinic hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with patient appointments starting at 8 a.m.
• Ability to travel if required, with reimbursements for licensure, certifications, and travel costs
