Call requirement of 10 days/month for deliveries only;

The medical office is on campus which sits on 50 acres with gorgeous views.
Located in northeastern Nevada, Elko is bordered by the towering, snow-capped Ruby Mountains and the lush, glacier-carved Lamoille Canyon. There is no shortage of outdoor activities to enjoy in this authentic western town.
A quick 3.5 hour drive to Salt Lake City, Utah or Elko Regional Airport offers multiple flights in and out of Salt Lake City for an easy connection.
