We offer a comprehensive benefits package including a medical, dental, and vision plan with company-sponsored medical clinics, a 401(k) retirement plan with an employer match, paid time off, a company stock purchase program, and much more!

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple IT infrastructure projects of varying scope and complexity, ensuring successful delivery within budget and schedule targets.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute project activities using standard project management methodologies.
  • Monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks, and communicate updates regularly to stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure information is shared appropriately with team members and stakeholders.
  • Proactively manage project deliverables and resolve issues that may impact progress.
  • Work with business units to understand operational needs and identify technology solutions that align with IT standards and policies.
  • Develop business cases and cost estimates for proposed technology solutions.
  • Present project plans and funding requests to stakeholders as needed.
  • Coordinate and oversee construction-related activities for IT infrastructure projects, including contractor selection and scope development.
  • Supervise field work to ensure activities are completed safely and in compliance with environmental and operational requirements.
  • Participate in safety meetings, site inspections, and contractor oversight during project execution.
  • Oversee daily operation of IT infrastructure systems at assigned sites, including backup power, cooling systems, and fire suppression systems.
  • Coordinate preventative maintenance, repairs, and system upgrades with IT and facilities teams.
  • Ensure IT infrastructure remains reliable, secure, and operational at all times.
Qualifications
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field preferred.
  • Project Management or IT-related certification preferred but not required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
Project Management, Construction Management, Technical IT or Infrastructure Support, Business Analysis, Electrical or Maintenance Planning.
  • Experience supporting projects involving infrastructure, facilities, or technology improvements preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, budgeting, purchasing, and vendor management preferred.
  • Hands‑on knowledge of structured cabling, electrical systems, instrumentation, or plant facilities operations preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and achieve results independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Ability to identify problems, develop solutions, and drive projects to completion.
  • Demonstrated ability to work safely and support site safety initiatives.
Work Environment
  • Position is based at an active mining site.
  • May require travel to other regional mining locations as needed.
  • Work schedule is 4 days on, 10‑hour shifts, with flexibility to support project requirements.
What We Can Offer You
  • A comprehensive compensation package including a competitive medical, dental, and vision plan with national provider networks, a 401(k) retirement plan with employer contribution, paid time off, company-sponsored medical clinics, company match share purchase program, and much more!
