Job Details
All levels of Geotechnical Engineers should apply. For more senior engineers PE licensure is strongly preferred. Field Investigation
Experience:
Skills in drilling methods (hollow-stem, sonic, mud-rotary), test pits, and soil logging are beneficial. Additionally, experience with cone penetrometer testing (CPT) and CPT data reduction is a plus. Soil Mechanics
Experience:
Deep knowledge of triaxial testing, direct shear tests, and consolidation data reduction. Familiarity with critical state soil mechanics is highly desirable. Geotechnical Modeling
Experience:
Proficiency in software related to slope stability, settlement, and seepage is a plus. Basic CAD skills are a benefit. Advanced Geotechnical
Skills:
Knowledge in areas such as liquefaction, seismic evaluations, and finite element modeling is advantageous.
