Job Summary
This position is located in Elko office within our DMV Customer Services Division and is dedicated to customer service and the delivery of DMV programs and voter registration to the community. DMV Customer Service Representatives provide customer services associated with driver's license, vehicle, and business occupational licensing programs including licensing drivers; issuing identification cards; registering and titling vehicles; issuing occupational business licenses;
and processing reinstatements.
Customer Service Representatives perform customer support duties including receiving and responding to inquiries from the public, other State and outside agencies.

- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers; interact with customers from varying social, economic, educational, and cultural backgrounds.
- Respond to and prioritize multiple phone calls and other requests or interruptions.
- Maintain confidential records.
- Evaluate and respond to complaints; handle stressful situations and difficult customers in a calm and professional manner.
