DaMar Staffing is seeking a skilled Medical Coder to review medical records for completeness, ensuring all identifiers, signatures, dates and service reports are in place.
You will assign and sequence ICD, CPT, HCPCS, CDT and DSM codes based on documented diagnoses and procedures, verify alignment with current nomenclature and official coding guidelines, and assess documentation to support proper E/M levels and coding accuracy.
