Housekeeper / Houseperson

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper / Houseperson to join our hospitality team. This role is vital in ensuring our guests experience a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
• Assist with linen and supply management, including restocking and inventory control
• Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their needs are met with professionalism and courtesy
• Support the housekeeping team in deep cleaning tasks and special projects
• Ensure all safety and sanitation standards are adhered to at all times
• Report maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate departments
• Assist with other duties as assigned to support overall hotel operations

• Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and stand for extended periods
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures is a plus
