Food And Beverage Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food And Beverage Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage department, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and quality products.
Pay range: $43,000 - $55,000 /Yearly DOE
Responsibilities- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Food And Beverage Department.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Create scheduling according to budget and completes payroll.
- Ensure that all food and beverage offerings meet or exceed guest expectations.
- Hire, train, and manage staff to ensure that they provide exceptional service to guests.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure that all food and beverage offerings comply with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote food and beverage offerings.
- Manage budgets and financial plans for the food and beverage department.
- Delegate tasks to supervisors or leads.
- Design and implement programs that boost employee morale and increase employee retention efforts.
- Performs related and/or other duties as required.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Must possess or acquire a Health Card, TAM Card, and Non-Gaming Card.
- Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in casino food and beverage management.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time.
- Must be able to move or transport at least 40 pounds.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.
- Ability to manage budgets and financial plans.
- Excellent public relations skills are mandatory.
- Ability to work in a pipe/cigarette smoking atmosphere.
- Great attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 packages including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Previous experience with procurement systems.
- Previous experience with POS systems.
