This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting our employees and leaders while helping strengthen an industry-leading drilling company. If you're passionate about building strong relationships, helping teams succeed, and making a meaningful impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Position Overview

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a trusted advisor, providing day-to-day HR guidance and support throughout the organization. This position partners closely with frontline leadership to address employee relations matters, policy interpretation, contribute to employee engagement and retention efforts, and workforce challenges, while promoting a positive and productive work environment. • Accurately and timely enter and maintain employee data in ADP and other platforms.
  • Maintain employee personnel records in compliance with applicable laws and the organization’s records retention schedule.
  • Process HR transactions, including internal promotions, transfers, and terminations; coordinate IT access and asset requests as applicable.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans, as well as leave administration (unpaid leaves of absence, Short-Term Disability), including ongoing management and billing support.
  • Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships across the National team.
Compliance & Policy
  • Ensure consistent interpretation and application of company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Identify patterns in employee relations issues and recommend proactive corrective actions or policy updates.

  • Support organizational change management initiatives by communicating effectively with impacted employees and leaders.
  • Contribute to employee engagement and retention strategies through proactive relationship-building and data-informed recommendations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 6+ years of Human Resources experience, including data entry, benefits, and employee relations.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of federal, state, and local employment law and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, preferably ADP; strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
