Position Description Our people division is growing, and we are looking for a Communications Technician in our Underground Maintenance department. • Install, maintain and repair digital trunked 2-way radio systems
• Operate a volt‑ohmmeter
• Install, test and maintain mobile data and truck tracking systems such as Mobilearis
• Operate a digital and analog wattmeter
• Install, test and maintain Cisco Wi‑Fi system
• Operate a computer system for data management and report generation
• Operate a 2‑way radio service monitor
• Learn to install, test and maintain VIOP phone equipment
• Install fiber optic cable and network equipment
• Comply with state and federal health and safety regulations, company policies and procedures, and the company's environmental compliance policy
