- The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the Local Distribution Center, including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
- Managing the inventory, including consistent periodic cycle counting adhering to group policy.
- Ensuring that all inbound and outbound processes are performed efficiently and accurately to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Enforcing safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Managing all necessary tasks required to maintain the daily operation of the facility.
- This position requires excellent leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, supervising warehouse staff, optimizing processes for efficiency, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Must be computer literate and comfortable with Microsoft Office products, primarily Excel.
- Should be motivated to strive for operational excellence, fostering an environment of continuous improvement with a focus on safety.
- Must have good communication skills and be able to collaborate with team members.

Salary Range:
The salary for this position is between $90,000 and $110,000 USD annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This range reflects our commitment to fair pay based on skills, experience, and market standards.
