Schedule
3 - 12hr Day shifts (6:45 am to 7:15 pm).
Role OverviewRN Charge Nurse, Behavioral Health Unit.
Join our Behavioral Health Unit team to provide compassionate, patient-centered care and support healing and recovery for community residents.
Responsibilities- Assess patient conditions and make timely determinations of patient needs.
- Implement leadership and team coordination by supervising nursing staff, delegating tasks effectively, and ensuring smooth unit operations.
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Perform timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record.
- Facilitate compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards through engagement and support of PI and other initiatives.
- Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.

- Current Nevada State RN license.
- Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school.
- Basic Life Support certification required within 14 days of hire.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required within 30 days of hire.
- A minimum of one year RN experience in an acute hospital setting.
