Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• Proven experience in ICU/critical care settings
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing patient conditions

Schedule:

• Weekly Monday orientations ensure a supportive onboarding process

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct, evidence-based nursing care to ICU patients, monitoring vital signs and responding to urgent needs
• Administer medications, manage IVs, and carry out complex medical interventions as prescribed
• Collaborate closely with intensivists, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standard of care
• Perform thorough assessments, update electronic medical records, and educate patients and their loved ones
• Demonstrate leadership in crisis situations, contributing to patient safety and quality initiatives
