About the Infusion Department

Our Infusion Department embodies a culture of teamwork and effective communication, essential for providing specialized care to patients from neonatal to geriatric.

• Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs.
• Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provide care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient.
• Perform timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record.
• Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
• Perform timely and accurate QI assessments.

• Current state RN license.
• Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications.
• Preferred: 1 year of experience.
• Preferred:
  Advanced Stroke Life Support (ASLS) certification.
