AboutOur Team
Our Medical Surgical Department embodies a culture of teamwork and effective communication, essential for providing specialized care to patients. This department provides clinical care for patients from neonatal to geriatric ages.
How You'll Contribute- Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs.
- Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
- Provide care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient.
- Perform timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record.
- Be responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
- Perform timely and accurate QI assessments.
- Current state RN license.
- Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school.
- Basic Life Support certification is required.
- ACLS and PALS are required.
- One year of experience preferred.
- ASLS certification preferred.
