Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Acute Care Services team. The ideal candidate will provide quality nursing care to a diverse patient population, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients, in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients across various acuity levels.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes to the care team.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Assist in diagnostic procedures and patient education on health management.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Current RN license in the state of practice.
- ACLS and PALS certifications required within 60 days and 90 days of hire, respectively.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in an acute care setting preferred.
