The Nevada Department of Agriculture (NDA), Division of Animal Industry, seeks a Field Assistant in Elko to support the Predatory Animal and Rodent Control (PARC) program. Responsibilities include surveying, tracking, trapping and eradicating depredating wildlife and rodents to protect livestock and reduce economic losses, using firearms and pesticides as appropriate.
This position requires high school diploma or equivalent, knowledge of pesticides and disease sampling, and successful completion
