The Cocktail Server has the responsibility of prompt and friendly beverage service to guests. Acts as a mobile cashier for all beverage transactions and offers complimentary drinks to gambling guests.

• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain all special promotions.
• Serve and replenish beverages as requested.
• Continuously check on patrons and offer complimentary drinks to patrons that are actively gambling.
• Check supplies and maintain proper set up and cleanliness of service station before, during, and after shift.
• Maintain cleanliness of guest areas at all times, including removing empty glasses and bottles.
• Abide by all State, Federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to alcoholic beverage service to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Promote positive guest relations.
• Perform related and/or other duties as required.

• Minimum of one year experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Bar Card.
• Comply with company and department policies and procedures.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company-related matters.
• Ability to maintain a well-groomed appearance at all times.
• Knowledge of the Info Genesis system and drink prices.
