Jacobs Entertainment is currently in search of a “Restaurant Host/Cashier” for Gold Dust West Elko
. This property features a modern interior with the latest slot machines and table games including Blackjack, Craps, and 3-Card Poker. Across the parking lot is our 80-room Hampton Inn featuring Wi‑Fi, a swimming pool, fitness center and a hot breakfast for all guests.

• Relay guest complaints and compliments to the supervisor
• Familiarity with all menu items, menu prices and hours of operation & promotions
• Maintain a clean work area, professional appearance, and present positive customer service techniques
• Responsible for maintaining, greeting, and seating guests
• Assist guests with questions regarding activities on the property
• Practice TIPS awareness and the responsible serving of alcohol
• Practice awareness in serving alcohol; report all intoxicated guests to the F & B or MOD
• Complete daily side work

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Work Experience
• Previous cash handling experience is preferred
• Identification that establishes identity
• Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
