About Swire Coca-Cola

Swire Coca-Cola is a family‑owned bottling company with a history spanning over two centuries. It is one of the largest Coca‑Cola bottlers in North America, distributing more than 50 beverage brands across 13 states to over 30 million consumers each year.

As a Merchandiser, you will ensure all Swire Coca‑Cola customer locations are properly stocked and rotated to meet company standards. You will maintain back rooms, beverage sections, displays, coolers and all points of sale, while building displays and promotional items, keeping inventory clean and organized, and representing Swire Coca‑Cola to internal and external customers.

Schedule:

5:00 AM – 1:30 PM, Friday – Tuesday (weekends required). Overtime available as needed. Pay: $21.00 per hour plus bonus structure dependent on role.

• Utilize technology and applications as required throughout the day
• Clean and organize shelves and aisles each day to provide a safe environment for consumers
• Restock coolers, displays, racks and shelves daily, ensuring labels face outward for easy identification
• Rotate product to maintain quality following a first‑in, first‑out system
• Build displays and other promotional items by moving, stacking, and constructing items according to instructions and schedule
• Maintain and organize back rooms/back stock areas safely; prepare for return of any credited product unfit for sale
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license required; driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements
• Ability to use a reliable vehicle to travel to assigned stores and maintain required insurance; not responsible for transporting products
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs
