Industrial Sales Account Manager Trainee - Development Program

What You Will Do

• Participate in structured training at our headquarters where you will receive ongoing mentorship, professional development, and in-depth product training.
• Learn full cycle outside sales skills and build relationships with new and existing customers to solve real‑world customer problems through technical and product solutions.
• Work alongside experienced Account Managers on joint sales calls visiting customers on‑site.

• Associate degree or technical training and 2 years of experience in a related field OR bachelor’s degree, preferably in Industrial Distribution, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, or a related field.
• Internship or co‑op experience in a sales/distribution or manufacturing environment, or individuals with mechanical interest/aptitude preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to be outgoing, friendly, approachable to build relationships with peers and potential customers, and a commitment to delivering top results in a performance‑based environment.

This is a full‑time, paid position with a transition into a full‑time Account Manager upon completion of the program.
