• Build lasting relationships that foster lifelong clientele.
• Use consultative selling skills to help customers choose a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to responses.
• Continuously develop product and sales skillset to become a vehicle authority, knowing the ins and outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
• Demonstrate new and used vehicles professionally and with high quality.
• Follow up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
• Overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Bring a positive attitude and a strong work ethic to work every single day.

• Available to work flexible hours and Saturdays.

• Ready to learn new product details quickly and eager to improve.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and team members.
