Security Officer Mobile Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or public emergency services when appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points and high-traffic areas, verify authorized entry when required, and report security-related concerns, hazards, and/or suspicious activity according to site procedures.;
Support a professional environment by assisting with directions, de-escalating tense interactions, and documenting incidents, observations, and/or daily activities in required reports.
